Method

1. Pour Chex in large bowl
2. Microwave chocolate + peanut butter + butter (1 min; stir; 30 sec more)
3. Stir in vanilla
4. Pour over Chex; toss to coat
5. Transfer to large zip bag with powdered sugar
6. Shake until coated
7. Spread on parchment to dry
