The classic recipe (large batch)
Ingredients
- 9 cups Chex cereal (Rice or Corn)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Method
- Pour Chex in large bowl
- Microwave chocolate + peanut butter + butter (1 min; stir; 30 sec more)
- Stir in vanilla
- Pour over Chex; toss to coat
- Transfer to large zip bag with powdered sugar
- Shake until coated
- Spread on parchment to dry
