Method

  1. Pre-bake crust 350°F for 10 minutes
  2. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg
  3. Sprinkle cheese in crust
  4. Add fillings
  5. Pour egg mixture over
  6. Bake 350°F for 35-45 minutes (center just set, slight jiggle)
  7. Rest 10 minutes before slicing
