Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- Zest of 2 oranges

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream cheese frosting
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F; grease 9x13 pan
- Whisk dry ingredients
- Mix oil + eggs + zest + juice + vanilla
- Combine wet and dry
- Pour into pan
- Bake 35-40 minutes
- Cool completely
- Make frosting: beat all ingredients
- Frost the cake
- Garnish with candied orange peel
