Method

First bake:

  1. Whisk dry ingredients
  2. Beat eggs with extracts
  3. Mix wet into dry
  4. Fold in nuts and cranberries
  5. Form 2 logs on parchment, 12 inches long, 3 inches wide
  6. Bake 350°F for 25-30 minutes (firm, golden)
  7. Cool 15 minutes
