- 12 slices bacon, cut in half (or 24 thin slices)
- 24 toothpicks (essential)

Method
Prep dates:
- If not pitted, remove pit through one end
- Don't split dates fully
- Just remove pit
- Make room for filling

Wrap with bacon: 9. Wrap each date with half slice of bacon 10. Secure with toothpick 11. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet
