    Yes. Fraud is fraud, and it will have to be declared to any insurer you are getting quotes or policies from. A specific question is always asked about fraud, or it will be shown in the statement of facts when obtaining a quote.

    Yes……….If you have been found guilty of defrauding an insurance company…you will became blacklisted…..Almost every policy has a section…….HAVE YOU EVER BEEN REFUSED INSURANCE….this relates to much the same thing… I am not saying that the company will not insure you….you will just be up against it…if and when you claim.
    False claims are THEFT……Same as when someone breaks into your house.
