If you do not leave a will then everything you own will be sold and the estate will be shared out between all your surviving blood relatives I am not sure what the percentages are but some get more than others but to be sure make a will

Uh, honey you shouldnt be worryin about that right now! What you need to be focused on is on finding your maaaan. aka soulmate!
Wear something nice, go to the closest mall, and hope you get lucky;D

Or online dating sites work as well. 🙂

The law varies so I cannot be sure about your area.
Usually, if there are no surviving direct inheritants -like spouse and children, the state takes the property and liquidates all assets, then takes a share or all of it[depending where you are], the rest may go to your mother. It is better to have a will, and you can get a form -will from a stationary store and have some form of allocation of assets and a person in charge of administering your assets[your executor], including your benefits from your life insurance, which your executor will use to pay your funeral expenses and assign the rest to whomever you have named on the policy and – or the will.

If you do not wish to name relatives, consider giving to some charity or environmental organizations.

Everybody that owns property should have a will.
