No one in my family has never owned a home and I really do not have to ask. My friend just bought a house and I asked him, but he said that he was talking with a bank approved me. I tried to talk to the bank, but they do not really take me seriously and I was really impressed off.Voici some information: – I have been single 22 years in the same company for almost three years now. Made my first year 40k, 50k last year and this year will be about 65k -. I was renting the same place for two years. Pay 1,400 per month -. I had a credit card for only 6 months. Never late payments and I keep the balance below 20% – with two cars worth 16k and 6k.J ‘have 12k savings for now, and I’m selling my beautiful car soon so I should at least 25k for a down payment. My credit is relatively new (6 months credit card and have never had any loans or receivables), so I think that’s why the bank did not really think I’m tired of paying $ 1,400 parler.Je someone else a single month . Mortgage payments My friend is $ 900 and it is for his own house, not a propriĆ©taire.Alors, where should I start paying? I’m serious about buying and want someone to take me seriously, even if my credit history is relatively new to talk. Advice?

Sorry u got lots to learn .
start at library for these at least.

total money make over, Dave Ramsey.
house buying kit for dummies, Eric Tysen.
both will save u decades and 100Ks$ by
    learning from others dumb mistakes,
    not your own.

as for 22 and buying , if u got 1/2 of your take home
pay saved up over last 2 yrs = yes.
if u don’t, u got lots to learn b4 looking.

1st that rent v.s. mortgage comparison is baloney.
your friend pay 900 PLUS higher insurances costs,
higher utilities costs, up keep costs, yard maintenance,
higher taxes, empty house syndrome, higher transportation
costs than u do. never mind lost opportunity costs.

a new significant other may HAte the place.
a job lose at your age will have u out of there fast.
22 and 60K are not jobs easy replaced.

    do your research seriously.

    good knowledge is good luck.
know both sides of the coins.

You can call any mortgage broker who can help you.

However, you are mistaken about something – there is NOTHING wrong with renting. It is NOT throwing money away. Renting provides several things – the main one is flexibility = if you don’t know where you will be in a few years or who you will be with = renting is a FANTASTIC option. Additionally, you do not need to do maintenance when you are a renter. You can the landlord, they fix the problem.
= honestly, I don’t recommend becoming a home owner until you are in your late 20s or 30s. There is just so many changes going on for you, that it’s tough to be tied down to a house.
