There is no place to check your credit score for free like there is with your credit report. The government does not have a free credit score program. You can either do a free trial or you can pay for it. Those are your only two choices.

Sad to say there is no such place period!

The only way to get your current and correct score is to contact each of the 3 reporting agencies and pay their fees. This way you get your real score.

All the other sites (except FICO) are outdated or what are considered FAKO scores.

    Hope this answers your question.

You can get your annual free copies of your credit reports from all three credit bureaus thru AnnualCreditReport.com. Reports are free, scores are not.

CreditKarma.com offers a free score estimator based on your TransUnion credit report. It’s not a FICO score. But is is kinda, sorta like FICO, give or take 50 points. Close enough if you are just curious as to what your score might be.

You can visit http://www.annualcreditreport.com/ , where you can get your free credit report, but not credit scores. Credit scores are available as an add-on feature of the report, for a nominal fee. This central site allows you to request a free credit file disclosure, commonly called a credit report, from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies : Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
