I find that Crest White Strips really do the job well. I find them in the dental area of the drug store, or at Walmart. They are easy to use. I use the kind that you apply twice daily. First time users should buy 2 sets. Each set has 2 weeks use in them, so you’ll be doing it for a whole month. It is worth it, though. After that, make it part of your habit to use 1 capful of hydrogen peroxide to one capful of water, and hold it in your mouth daily for about 2 minutes. Good luck.

Take a piece of aluminium foil sheet and wrap it around your teeth to make a tray. Mix some baking soda in your toothpaste and spread it in the aluminium tray. Put the tray around your teeth so that paste comes in contact with your teeth. Keep it there for some time, then brush. Do it two times a week.
