    Because they’re from two different insurance companies. Each company can assign it’s own territory number. Protection class is set, though.

    You need to discuss this with the agents – assuming you’re a real person, and not a spam-bot with a new account posting a posed question to pick a spam answer.

    Territory numbers are exactly that, just numbers which define the territory in which your house lies. Insurance companies use these for rating purposes.

    Different numbers don’t really mean too much, the premium (assuming you are matching coverages) would be the important part.
