I’m looking for a credit card for a college student, something simple, with no annual fees and a low apr.
It would be even better if it has travel rewards. I’m really lost in all of this. Help.

3 Thoughts on What credit card should I get?

I would encourage you to reconsider. At least take a minute and read the link I’m adding. I’ve learned from experience.

If you are under 21, you will not be able to get a credit card.
New federal rules passed in february.

If you get one due to professional employment with strong ability to pay back.
    Forget about APR.
    Carrying balances can destroy credit.
Employers check, so do landlords and car insurance companies.
    Get a student loan instead.

There is only one way to use credit.
Charge small things each month that you need.
And pay in full each month.
This way you never pay APR – interest.
So don’t ever consider getting a card due to APR rates – you’ll never pay them if you want to keep out of the credit card trap and allow it to ruin your life and your credit.

Respect credit cards – they will reward you.
Carry balances – they will ruin your life.
