I sent a email to the CEO of Synchrony Bank last week requesting a GW deletion of my charged off account from a couple of years ago. I received a call this morning from a lady who said the email was forwarded to her. She asked for my updated mailing address as they didn’t have it on file and said she would look into what they could do for me and would send a letter by mail with a update.  Is this a good sign that they will delete the TL from my report?
