I want to purchase a multifamily property as an owner occupant and would like your feedback. I’ve been employed with the same company for more than 5 years with a $ 50k plus annual individual income, and a significant savings. I have a DTI ratio less than 10% and am seeking a $ 125k loan on a four unit multifamily that is appraised at $ 250k. The property is fully occupied with a monthly revenue of $ 2700. Any feedback on things to concerned about or that I may need to work on? I realize that I’m just short (2-3 weeks) of my 2 years post Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge.
