Has anyone recently bought new construction in the DFW area? Specifically, Grand Prarie area. Kennedale ISD.
Here are home stats:
3700 sq ft.
$ 356,900 list price
$ 30,000 in upgrades
My questions are:
1. Would the builder take $ 15-20k off the list price
2. The sales rep said they give $ 15k standard in upgrades but I want all upgrades paid for (30K).
3. Closing cost assistance. They pay the title fee standard.
We were going with another builder in the area and at a $ 260k price point they gave 5% closing cost assistance and 20k in upgrades. Based on this, it doesn’t sound like I’m asking for anything over the top but I’d like to hear from others.
