Credit scores will confuse you to death.
Each company has their own formula they create, and they have diffrent ranges.
IF the range is 1000 to 2000.
And you only have 1200 – it’s not good.

Check your credit reports (not your score) once a year at
    annual credit report.com https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp
All 3 reports are free. No credit/debit card required.
Please do not pay for the score.
You just want to view your 3 reports line by line and check the accuracy.
    Know that mistakes can happen.

It must be their own way scoring. FICO scores are no higher than 850. I would guess that 1200 in a range of 1000-2000 is not very good. Did they deny you credit?

I don’t know what sprint told you but credit scores do NOT go that high. It is impossible to have a score over 800 something. They may be using their own system to rate people but that isn’t a real credit score system.
