You can check local city agencies if they have down payment assistance, maybe through HUD. Or you could take out an additional loan?

If you cannot afford the down payment on a house, them you should not be buying it. That was the type of lending practices that has put this economy into the trouble we are experiencing.

I suggest you wait until you can comfortably afford a reasonable downpayment. I did and that’s why I’m worth a lot of money now.

there are no longer downpayment assistance programs. With FHA, you need 3.5% down – which HAS TO BE your own money.

If you don’t have this, then you really can’t afford a home.

Too bad the damn banksters control everything with their unjust system of usary. That’s why no one can afford a decent sized home. They’ve caused the prices on everything to be inflated to 3 or 4 times their actual worth because of the UNJUST USUARY *aka interest they extract from all the idiots who allow this illegal (ethically speaking) practice. No wonder the banksters own all the resources (stolen plunder), along with printing fake money out and then “lending” it back to us at interest. No wonder they call us “stupid goyim” behind out backs!
