    Foreclosure and sale are two different things. Once the lender forecloses, you usually have 30 days to vacate the property. There are many foreclosed homes on the market where the previous owner has been moved out for long periods of time. My home was such. It had been empty for 4 months when I looked at it.

    You CAN be given as little as 3 days to vacate.

    The person has been trespassing for quite a long time now. There is no grace period. If you are asking how long before the sheriff removes the person and his stuff, that would depend on the workload of the sheriff and many other factors. It could be two minutes after the foreclosure or it could be months after the sale.
