    Versailles, it sounds like you need marital counseling. I am sorry you are unhappy with your mate. Why on earth would you say you KNOW your marriage won’t last…How can you know that unless that is what you want?…

    hmmm,

    is the property a good investment? If so, then buy the property if it is a flippable property. If it is something that you’d have to own for 5 yrs to be able to walk with equity then maybe you need to reconsider. Not owning property because you fear the condition of the marriage is not the reason to not own.

    Putting a roof over your head and building equity is important. Especially in a marriage or single/divorce situation.

    im not into the propety buying nor am i married,… but it sounds like to me that someone isnt happy and the other doesnt know or isnt being conciderate.. pluss in my eyes someone has the better credit and its a safe move…
