A neighbor can never kick you out. Your neighbor has nothing to do with your mortgage. It does not matter what kind of a contract you have or with who. The fact you guys used the same agent has nothing to do with anything.

It’s unclear if “the same person” is a bank or real estate agent, but either way, no, your relationship with the neighbors has nothing to do with your contract.

On another note, if you don’t have a fence you need to put one up or restrain your dogs in some other fashion. As a pet owner, you’re legally required to make it such that your animals stay in your yard. If your neighbors are able to coax the dogs over to their yard, you’re lacking in compliance to animal control laws, which can result in a big fine or the loss of the animals all together.

No neighbor can kick you out of your house, it doesn’t matter who you are buying your house through.

It sounds like your neighbor wants you to move. No, your neighbor can not kick you out. I would call the real estate lawyer and see if the owner of the property has a lope hole in the contract to get his property back for one reason or another.
