They are looking for people who are not responsible with their money – people like you. They do not want to rent to people who are not responsible. Can you guess why?

    Best wishes and good luck.

They are looking to see if u will become
    a money nightmare.
if u have no evictions but some late bills
and credits then u are a dangerous bet
    for the company.

hope fully u have 3 months to put down in advance
    that would smooth the way.

it should be standard practice to get a credit check on any prospective tenant. i will not rent to anyone without getting a credit check first

i will rent to people with less than perfect credit. i will accept some things if a prospective tenant has been up front with what i might find on a credit check. i have rented to people with credit scores in the five and six hundreds. i don’t like seeing evictions or a lot of judgments

from what you have said i might rent to you

Most all management co. and landlords will check your credit. I manage a small mobile home park, and my boss does a credit check on everyone who applies. If the report comes back bad, they will either deny your app. or ask for a co-signer.

Im a landlord and I do credit checks and criminal background checks on everyone who fills out my applications. The reason is because, as a business there is only one source of revenue and that is the rent. I check to see if a person has any prior evictions or judgements and I also see if they have had a violent past, as I want to protect my investment.

They are looking for 2 things. Evictions, obviously, and if you pay yoyr debts or are you the type of person who feels entitled to other peoples money. It sounds like you might be one of those who feels entitled to spend other peoples money and refuse to repay it.
