Totally depends on the conditions and how fast they can underwrite it. Fastest I’ve seen is 8 days from start to signing, then another day to fund.

My hubby is mortgage loan officer. It takes anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. It all depends on your credit and the kind of loan u apply for.

If you have a full package, appraisal, title, payoff you could close it in 5 days – The appraisal has to be -reasigned to the new broker’s company, title work changed over to the new lender, and the homeowners insurance mortage clause would need to be changed over, but the hard part is already done (appraisal and title)
