So I’m looking 4 a house 4 my aunt. She wants to rent and it can’t be higher than 2300 a month. Theres a house that she really likes but its 4 sale $ 460000. If she were to ask to rent the house instead how much would she have to pay.

5 Thoughts on How much do I have to pay for this house?

That is very expensive…now adays when trying to rent..your paying someone elses morgage when you could be paying your own. All the money your paying for rent isn’t adding up anywhere except for them..She should continue to search out a home of her own. Okay so I looked up housed for that price and the morgage without any utilities, other expenses, insurance..is approx..2500..that is not including LIVING COSTS… that is alot of money. Why such a big house?

With the economy being so bad she should stay in her buget amount and continue looking she will find another cute place, we always find or won’t something that’s not in our buget. But then again she may can afford it and that just might be the cost of the mortgage and other fees monthly. So she may could just be buying instead of renting.

If she bought the house with very little down and included her property taxes and insurance in the house payment that payment might be as high as $ 4600. The owner would likely try to charge a rent almost that high.

At that asking price, I would say at least $ 4000.00 a month.

Nothing- its not for rent. It is for sale.

They would post a price if they wanted to rent it.
