Esperion will give you a free credit report listing everything you need to know. Then, look for a local non-profit credit counseling center. They’ll help you sort it out from there!

Get a 3-in-one credit report from all three major credit agencies. This should give you all the information you need. Also, be sure to look it over carefully to make sure all your information is correct. If not, dispute what’s wrong.

Go apply for a loan, or a credit card you know you won’t get. When you are turned down you have a right to a free credit report, it will have that info.

Good news and Bad. Having a credit report run causes a negative impact on your credit. You must know who with and how you got into credit trouble. Correct those debts with out seeking a personal credit check. Let who ever has the want for the data to seek the report. Their report should tell you exactly what you need to address.

oooooh! I just went through this. Yucky! So, you are entitled to get a free credit report once a year. Call the credit bureau. Cancel everything that is not needed and call each company. They’ll find you eventually.

I just made a spreadsheet in excel of all my credit cards, the amount I owe, what my APR is, etc. I figure, if I stop using all my cards, and just use cash from now on…. I can be out of debt in 2 1/2 years (I just got out of college, FYI).

It’s doable. It just takes discipline. Which sucks, lol!
