I am in the process of buying a house. I have found a house and want to put an offer in. However, in order to be considered for the house, I have to get pre-approved through Loan Lenders. I have been given an 800 number to call and when I called no one answered, I got a voicemail contact for George (can’t make that up). I have tried to search for this organization and can’t find a website or any references. Has anyone ever worked with this organization, or is this some sort of scam?

2 Thoughts on Has anyone ever heard of Loan Lenders for home loan pre-approval applications?

Scam Scam Scam. Stay away. No one REQUIRES you to get your loan any place specific. It is up to you to personally check out banks and other lenders on your own. Never do business like this through the INTERNET. NEVER ! Always get your mortgage from an accredited lender or bank and always meet in person. Don’t give anyone your private or financial info online. If they insist that’s a sure sign………..
    It’s a SCAM

That is not legitimate. Nobody asks you to get pre approved by a specific lender for any reason. Don’t call any number. Tell the seller that you are already pre-approved through your own bank
