…card administered by Citibank? Sears credit card has overcharged me over $900. After 5 months of haggling with them, submitting receipts and 4 letters, over 20 phone calls, it’s time to go to court. However, they refuse to give me an address of their servicing agent. I called the BBB without success. Can anyone help. Thank you.

You can serve the address shown on your statement.
Good luck with that.

Look on the bill. Call the number and ask. You should know that there is no small claims court that has interstate jurisdiction and there is no small claims court that will issue a declaratory judgment. If you have not paid, then you have not been damaged and have no basis to sue. If you paid a disputed bill, you settled and have no basis to sue. Still, that was not your question.
