There are two collections from Verizon on my husbands credit report from the same cell phone bill. They were paid around a year ago but I just noticed they are saying we still owe the amounts. I unfortunately don’t have proof that they were paid, because we did them over the phone and never requested a receipt. How would I go about getting this fixed? Call customer service? I don’t have a number, email or address for any higher ups at Verizon. I sure would like to try and get these collections removed too while Im at it!
