Hi – reaching to close my front door one day, I put my hand on the glass window in the door instead of the wooden part. My arm went right through because it was not tempered glass (even though building code says it has to be tempered, it was paper-thin regular glass). I had to go to the ER and although I have good insurance, I still owe $ 350. Is my landlord liable? I don’t even want to bring it up unless she really is liable.
Thank you!
