Hey everyone, I’m new to this site, but it came up often when i was searching for this answer.
I have an AMEX one, which i put almost all my purchases on. *Now that will be ending its rewards program in less than a month, and also will not let me simply switch to another amex. *I would have to completely apply for a new card.
So, a friend was telling me to look into the chase sapphire card (and even look at the preferred one as well)
But I feel like maybe i may not get it.
1 amex (doesnt show a limit)
1 amazon chase card 3k limit
1 BoA card 2.5k limit
I have never carried a balance, all accounts are paid by end of the month (so 0% utilization??)
My most recently opened CC is the amazon one, about 3-4 months ago, the other two are 1.5 years ago and 3 years ago
annual income about 40k.
i dont have a rent/mortgage (i saw it was a question on the application)
I have a 760 with 2 bureaus, 750 with the other.
Do you think its realistic for me to apply for either the chase sapphire or sapphire preferred?
