      I’m going to be making some sushi for dinner and I wanted to make sure that it would be safe to eat! I bought pre frozen Salmon, would this be safe?? I’ve heard that it is suppose to have some kind of ‘sushi seal’ saying that it’s alright but I can’t find anything on the package that says so. So am I risking my health or is it safe to consume raw after I thaw it out? Knowledgable answers appreciated!!
      Oh and it’s wild alaskan sock eyed salmon
