    We*bought a bigger home to suit our growing family.* We*now want to sell the*1st home. *If we*can’t get the price we want on the 1st house, we are thinking about renting it out. *If I rent it out, in order to have positive cash flow, I need to refinance it.

    At this*point, my first house is considered a non owner occupied*investment property, right?*
    *
    If I then try to refinance it as a non owner occupied investment property,*I would end up with a higher interest rate and*need to put in more cash*to satisfy loan to value ratio, than refinancing a primary residence, right?
    *
    Any idea how much higher would the interest*rate*be?* And what LTV %? for non owner occupied investment property?
