    No, you can’t rent your FHA property either.

    FHA requires that whatever dwelling they are lending on is the primary residence of the borrower. You can receive FHA financing for a multi-family dwelling, but one of the units must be the primary dwelling of the borrower. I have not seen an exceptions yet.
