I am dying to move to New York City and I want to take my truck. I would like to know if every apartment building charges for parking. Also, any information pertaining to NYC is welcome.

I have not surveyed each and every apartment building in NYC, and I am not aware of any study that has done so, but most places do charge for parking.

You can certainly try to find street parking, or you can look into a storage facility that allows you to access the truck only when you need it. You don’t need a car in NYC, so if you plan on living and working in Manhattan, it’s may be cheaper to rent a car if you need to travel out of the area. You might even be able to find storage outside the city and just take the Metro to get there.

ok not all buildings charge parking the ones that charge parking are building located on important streets like broadway columbus lexington armsterdam 3 ave for example only in lonely streets like that only residental buildings do not charge parking like west end ave or east end depends on the location ok and you don’t need a car in nyc becuase you got buses and train everywhere a car in nyc is useless unless you like traveling far

Well, not every one of them has parking at all. It is doubtful you will find any that do not charge more for a parking spot, even the very high rent place (5k plus a month) charge since autos are optional and frankly most residents do not own one, the insurance is through the roof.
