    Try talking to or looking at the DTS Financial website. They may not be the path you want, but they will honestly help you assess what direction is best. They are good people and very, very responsive, professional and reputable. They negotiate and settle debt with your creditors.

    Look up Consumer Credit Counseling Services in your area. This is a non-profit company that has been in the debt management business for many, many years. These companies are referred to as CCCS in the creditor’s world. They will submit a payment proposal to each of your creditors and they will usually give you a break on the interest rate, late fees, etc.

    Yes I actually work for one called NFG we are an alternative to
    filing a bankruptcy or using Consumer Credit Couseling service
    which similar to filing a bankruptcy.
    We can settle your debt for you for almost 1/2 of what you owe.
