I am openly soliciting people with beach front property who believe in global warming. As you know, we are going to be inundated by the ocean in a few years (apparently sooner rather than later). Your current million dollar home will be swamped by millions of tons of sea water. Your investment/home will become worthless in less than 10 years.

I am your only hope. I will purchase your beach front property (for pennies on the dollar) and save you from owning a yard full of sea weed and sharks. You know the property of your house and property will be worth nothing in a few short years. Out of the generosity of my heart, I am willing to buy your property and save your life (you can thank me later). Let’s say you own a 1.7 million dollar home. Instead of getting zero out of it in 5 years, I will pay you $ 5,000 now. I know this is almost unbelievable how generous I am. Time is of the essence. E-mail me now.
Also, being that no bank will invest in property which is about to be washed out to sea, I am sure they are not providing loans to beach front property. If they are, should this not be considered illegal as they are helping someone lose their house (like allowing building in a flood plain).?

My house is up a hillside at about 500 feet above sea level, right on Puget Sound, west of Seattle. The rising ocean can’t get here fast enough for me. I look forward to the day when my little house will be right on the beach! I’m doing my bit, driving a 1968 F-250 that unloaded on a good day with a tailwind might break 14 miles to a gallon! Hummers beware, you don’t have a lock on the gas guzzling! Now, I regret rebuilding that big block V-8. It used to burn quarts of oil and all that blue smoke would have helped me do my bit for global warming even more. Too bad I can’t get leaded gas anymore. I think I’ll start building a boat in my backyard now so I’ll be ready to sail off into the sunset when the time comes that my front yard will be right on the beach!

We don’t have beach front property her on our Indiana farm, but from what I hear on the TV, we will some day. I hope we can keep all those polar bears out of the corn. Good luck on your real estate venture. Maybe one of those blockheads in La La Land will take you up on it.

Al Gore bought a 4 million dollar condo on the beach. You think he is selling?

Hmmmmm, another trick of the liberals to profit money using a fear tactic or whatever. This is totally sad. And if AGW was true, sea levels are supposed to rise 4 feet in about 30 years. Thats later rather than soon and not even that much. And yes, I live in a beach front property and it is for sale. I’m moving to California. The current price for it is 2.1 million.
