    99.99999% of the time now days no unless you are a vet and qualify for a VA loan. The only other mortgage where they do not require a down payment is a USDA rural loan, but the property has to qualify for it, and that is probably not where you intend to buy. For an FHA loan you will need at least 3.5% down. 100% loans are so 2005. LOL
    Now, you have to have a dog in this race too and something to lose.

    Not unless it’s a HUD repo or you qualify for VA financing, but you can buy a house with 3.5% down and no closing costs.

    unless you are going VA or USDA.

    The BEST way to do this would be to have the seller pay the closing and go with FHA 3.5% down.
