I have already tried instructing county court bailiffs to enforce the debt and the debtor has successfully dodged them.I have considered placing a legal charge on his property, but there is another proprietor of the property, who already has a charge placed against his interest by a firm of solicitors.
Will the debtors mortgage company be legally able,(or likely) to pay the debt on his behalf and add the debt to his mortgage, if their security is threatened by the bankruptcy of their client?

1 Thought on can I approach a debtors mortgage company to enforce a CCJ if I threaten them with bankruptcy?

Sorry, you have no chance of this. Putting another charge on the property is probably your best bet.
