If the tile company promise buyer that he will receive Permanent Occupancy Permit and Title Insurance later by mail, would it be safe for buyer to close the deal? Does title company’s promise have to be in writing? Who gives buyer a title of the property in his name and when?

    the settlement papers state that you bought the home but get an owners policy for your own protection as the cost is cheap about $ 50

    Should get ALL required documents AT closing. Everything related to real estate MUST be in writing to be enforceable. Get yourself an attorney, it’s cheap.
