After many failed diets I’m determined to get it right this time and I’ve found in the past that I’m most successful if I actually track what I eat etc.
What are the best (functionality) websites that have blogs, calorie calculators, recipes etc etc.
Preferrable free, I know Calorie King has this but seeing as my other goal is to get out of debt, I can’t bring myself to pay.

    He’s a doctor who puts it plain and simple. Best bit- no calorie counting.
