i bought a macbook from best buy a few months ago.
recently i’ve been having problems with the computer putting itself into sleep mode while i’m using it.
also geek squad installed an add on and when i got it back their was
scratches all over the top of it.
i have a one year manufacture’s warranty on it
but all that means is that best buy will send it to apple for repairs
but i’d like to get the scratches removed.
what i’m wondering is if theirs anything i can do to get possibly a store credit or a exchange for the computer for one without the scratches
or malfunctions. i’m pass best buy’s 14 day exchange so i don’t know what to do now….
any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.
Also best buy assured me that my mac would be the latest edition until at least next christmas.
but now apple has just released a new macbook
is their anything i can do?

    You could always try to complain to a manager about the quality of service from Geek Squad. If they don’t listen, try to call the main Best Buy HQ and see if you can get some kind of compensation. Slowly work your way up the ladder of employees. Eventually someone should help you.

    You can only take that up with Best Buy/Geek Squad. This has nothing to do with Apple.
