I am thinking about selling the house. The walls are currently painted in tasteful colors with very expensive paint (almost $ 50 a gallon). The realtor wants me to paint the entire inside white.
A couple years ago, I repainted the inside and the house did not sell. I repainted the walls after the contract with the realtor expired.
I am not angry that the house did not sell, only that I had followed the realtor’s “advice” and painted the walls all white.
Maybe I could offer to paint the walls white after the house sells? (If it does)
Any suggestions?
