need help computer virus and other crap help!!!?

ok so yesterday i got on my computer and this thing kept popping up telling me i had 28 virus and all this other crap i exited out of it but it kept coming up it is called security tool . it would not let me open anything it kept saying this program is dangerous and something about it was trying to steal my credit card information! it even said this when i tryed to scan my computer with windows defender so i restored my computer to an earlier time and the thing went away then i did a FULL computer scan with my windows defender and AVG they both came back clean. so then i thought ok every things fine no today i get on and the security tool warning pops saying “YOUR COMPUTER IS SHOWING SIGNS OF DANGEROUS VIRUS AND NEEDS REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY” so i exited it quickly do you think my computer is at risk or is that security tool trying to damage it also i need free anti virus protection again because AVG is almost expired any suggestions

I have a Trojan Virus? No programs work…?
