Will it cost money to repair a xbox 360 for video problems?

My 360 had horrible graphics lag. So i tried to do a repair online. And i gave them all my info and stuff like that. It said that the repair i chose was free and didnt cost anything. They didnt ask for my credit card number eather. and my warranty was expired too. Will they charge me to fix the video problem? It said it cost 0:00 so im confused. When i called the support by phone the guy said it would cost 90 since i had no warranty but when i went on the site it let me through. Is it possible that they will charge me later on? And if so how do i cancel the repair request?

Can I be sued for posting a video on YouTube?

I recently posted a video on YouTube accusing a user of a chatroom of being a paedophile. The video consisted of a recording of a chat session, with annotations making claims about one of the chatters. I sent a link of the video to the owner of the chatroom, who told me it was libelous, so I removed the video straight away. The owner of the chatroom then told me he’d downloaded a copy of the video and forwarded it to the chatter, and that it was in his hands now. I have asked the owner of the chatroom to forward an email I wrote to the chatter apologising and explaining that the video had been removed, but I’ve had no response. I’ve just been told by the chatroom owner that the chatter is talking about the matter with his solicitor.

Also, because both myself, the chatter and the owner of the chatsite (and the chatsite itself) are in the UK we fall under UK law.

Can I be sued? I have absolutely no money and heavy debts (currently on a debt-management scheme to try to manage them because I don’t want to become bankrupt). I removed the video before anyone saw it, it wasn’t even on YouTube for an hour. I understand it was libelous, but can I be sued and, if so, how much could I expect to have to pay in total?

I’m scared.

Is there any way to obtain Cal trans video from the West I 210,for a traffic collision that occurred recently?

I have been in a car accident recently going west bound on the 210 fwy, just before the South bound 57 fwy. There is a police report on file, but I was wondering if Cal trans would have video of the incident using their traffic cams, and how would I go about getting a copy of it? I’ve tried their web cam site, but it only has ‘Live’ feed.

Are Video Games and Student Loans just ways to rob younger Americans?

Video games takes time away from time students need to learn academic materials, it takes money away from students and their parents. For profit Student loans mortgages students future income. Corporations take choices out of younger Americans’ future.

I thought this was the kind of behavior that they frown upon. O’Donnell also sued her former employer for $ 9 million due to “mental anguish”. Doesn’t that sound like a frivolous lawsuit?
