Droid Incredible – Can’t Enable Bluetooth
Hi, I have an HTC Droid Incredible, and I have an issue enabling Bluetooth. When I try to enable it, it pauses for 45 seconds, then stays disabled. If I enable WiFi, then try to enable Bluetooth, it works. I shot a video demonstrating this issue. I performed a hard reset battery pull on the phone, set up the device, then tried to enable bluetooth: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mylemKfW89g Even after a hard reset, I cannot enable Bluetooth unless WiFi is first enabled. Is my phone defective? I still have about 2 weeks to return the phone...however the local stores are out of stock. I like the phone and would rather keep it...what should I do? Thanks!

How do I convert dvd’s to play on my TP2?
Hi all, What free conversion software is out there to convert DVD's to watch on my TP2, and what are the settings I need to set for the conversion? I have DVD Catalyst, VLC video converter, FFDShow Video converter and AVC video converter. I have tried them all and converter movies to .avi and .mp4. They play on my laptop, but when synced to my tp2 they won't work. What am I doing wrong? Thank you

Help with Eris SD Card — no audio on my videos!
Hello all - hoping someone can help me out here. I had the Dare until the charging port went kaput and upgraded to the Eris. I had a bunch of videos on my SD card that I shot with my Dare. When I put the SD card into the Dare, the video is there but no audio -- on ANY of them. When I loaded the SD card into my computer, the audio is not there either.... HOWEVER, when I put the card back into the old phone, the Dare, the audio is there! I have some videos of my nephews birthdays and things that I really wanted to save for the future. After reading several posts on the net, I have: - Ensured that the Media Volume is up (yes, its ALL the way up) - Tried converting the files to .mp4s with no luck -- still video but no audio. Anyone have any ideas?!?!? Thanks in advance! Greg

I need help deciding what kind of phone to get!!
Ok, so I'm up for renewal and am in need of some help deciding which phone to get. I'm not real technically savvy....i know how to use phones but I don't know what it is made of or how it works, what makes it fast, what doesn't. First, what is the absolutely the best phone on the Verizon network and why? I've never used a virtual keyboard but am willing to try...is it hard? I need access to my email and watching videos would be nice too. I really don't want a heavy phone but give me your thoughts anyway. I was leaning toward the Omnia II.....???

Samsung Rogue and Audio Books / and the browser
I understand this is not exactly a smartphone. I moved from T-mobile to Verizon because of friends that have it and they seem to have better phones. I am simply flabbergasted by the level of security Verizon has to lock down their phones from letting users do what they want with them. After hours and hours of research I finally found how to do most of what I wanted to. There is one thing that I either do not know how to do, or for some reason they do not have as a feature. The V-Cast music player will read M4a and M4b audio book files, but will not save playback location in either Mp3, M4a, or M4b files. This means that the audio book that I put onto my phone will not save its location and I have to write down where in the book I am every time I exit the player. Even my 4 year old Nokia 6133 flip phone will remember where you are in an Mp3 file. The other concern I have is about the browser. Youtube says it will no longer be supporting this browser, and considering the phone just came out not long ago and I just bought it a few weeks ago, something has to be in the works for getting a new browser onto the phone. Also, the mobile flash is out of date and a lot of the videos will not play because of it. In regards to the media bookmarking. If it will not do it I assume they will probably release an app to get you to pay extra for the feature, as it seems Verizon likes to take your money any chance they get.
