I have my first smartphone, do I have to stay with the App’s the Verizon offers or can I get other’s and where would I get them?
When my kids told me about the required data fee of $9.99 I told them they were confused and that Verizon can’t require you buy the plan and when I found out they were right I was really upset. My son is due to upgrade and I WILL NOT buy a new phone through Verizon and I can’t believe they implemented this without asking what their customers really wanted. This was not a smart move on their part and If this is not reversed, Verizon will not be receiving my $160 a month payment for much longer.
I want to upgrade to smartphone. However, the Verizon store tells me that I cannot get phone at current advertised price. I have been a long time customer with family plan. I renewed June 2009 for 2 yrs. Is there another source (other than Verizon) for getting phone at reasonable price? Thanks

Word on the street… is that Verizon will be soon issuing a new update for the Touch Pro 2 that will include Sense UI 2.5 (what the HD2 has.) :smileyhappy: What do you all think about that? When will Verizon get the iPhone ITS TIME!!!!!!!
I just got the Rogue today and want to see if there is a way to add a link to my verizon email account on the homepage? Right now I have to go into messages and then go to email, then select verizon, then type username and password all to login to the account. I had a blackberry storm that all I did was push the email icon and it took me right to it. Is there an easier way on the Rogue to do it? Also I set up to receive an alert when I got a new email but this is not working either. Any help is appreciated
When will tethering for the iPhone be available in the US? This is the only thing holding me back from getting an iPhone and service with Verizon. C’mon Verizon!
