NEED HELP! I have a UTI and no insurance. Any home remedies or otc ideas for treatment?

Hello, I have a urinary tract infection and no health insurance. I recently got divorced and lost my health insurance and being a single mom with a tight budget I really don’t want to pay for a dr visit. Anyone have any ideas or home remedies for me? I am drinking tons of water and currently taking cranberry pills. Please give any suggestions are welcomed! Thanks!
