we are looking to finally purchase a home. but we have no money to put down.. our credit score isnt severe its between 530-575 .. but how do we find a mortgage loaner in our area that will help.. we live in southwest florida and prices are still a little high on a 4-5 bedroom [...]

I have my 3 scores ranging from 680-703. I am applying for a credit card and am wondering if those scores are good enough to obtain one. I have student loans, one credit card with 3/4 of the credit line used, a charge card with half of the credit line used, and another charge card [...]

i wanna pay down debt, which is less than 20%dti and pay off outstanding balances but scared it will lower score a lot first just confused and need help fast. only 9000 in debt (because of identity theft) so i wanna settle some that are less than 200 and the rest im still fighting any [...]

would a person with a excellent credits score benefit from a higher loan verses a person of good credit having the same background etc. in other words if our credit scores got to excellent instead of good, would our loan amount increase a little? good credit 700 excellent 750+
