I have an incurable nerve disease and have been on SSI all my life. I do own a house with mortgage and want to sell and buy an RV or truck and camper trailer to travel the USA before my disease kills me. What are my rights? What must I do? I do have a roommate to drive me and assist me and help. How to accomplish my dream? What are the laws regarding my situation?

I just read a report about the FED making new guidelines for mortgage lenders. One of the details was that buyers would have to show proof of income. Does this mean no more stated income loans? IF so, how long before this becomes law? what does stated income mean
