Bought 2001 Lincoln LS, having small problems and getting scared of repair cost. Trade-in for what? Poor atm.?

I bought an 2001 Lincoln LS for $ 12,000 cash 6 months ago. I LOVE how it looks and feels but getting scared of repair costs. I had it inspected at a pretty well trafficked Firestone, and they said it was in great mechanical condition. The dealership has one of the best reputations in town, and did truly to their credit replace and do a ful l service to the car. I keep reading reviews that small things will continue to go wrong though.

I am an broke college student and cannot afford constant repairs, I could keep it if the repairs were only like every 3 or 4 months for $ 400, but at this rate its going to be horrible

I am having some small but costly problems (Back windows fell out of alignment. Estimated cost: $ 200 each. Fuel Sensor Needs Replaced: $ 175. Scared to find out whatelse) Feels like suspension is messed up because its a little bumpy ride,rough street work and roads around here.

What should I do? I have low credit and know I will lose cash on a trade-in. Cant resell.
