When using a REAL ESTATE INVESTOR as opposed to a Realtor to sell your home, how is the Agreement of Sale handled? Are they known to give you a FAIR offer or do they want to purchase the property as quickly and cheaply as possible? How do they handled all of the necessary legal procedures is the transferring of the property correctly? Is there a typical closing process and is an attorney required at the closing? Will I have to pay taxes on the money received if the amount is less than 250,000?
We want to finance a small amount of a car purchase but are unsure if short credit history length is a huge issue… Would having a high score help?
